Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate for orders under $60.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $60 or more.

Processing & Delivery: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items We want you to love your jewelry. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Contactus.colbri@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
